Prices follow the shape of the work. A three-week diagnostic has a starting figure because the hours are known; extra markets are not. A cohort sitting is a half-day rate. Nothing here is a monthly product plan.

One live app, one market, memo and hand-over.
Three hours plus a one-page note.
Pre-launch punch list over eight to ten days.
Two sittings and an addendum, after a diagnostic.
VAT is added where it applies. Travel to Birmingham is not charged; a day on your site outside the West Midlands is quoted as expenses.
What moves a quote
A second language in the cancel flow, a marketplace with several seller types, or a game economy can lengthen ticket sampling. Missing event names pause the clock; they do not inflate the fee by stealth. If we cannot get a usable cancel screen, we stop and refund according to the refund note.
How to ask
Send the app name and whether you want the diagnostic or a sitting. We reply with a one-page scope and the figure that belongs to it. Deposits are described on the refund page; we do not take card payments on this site.
