Refunds, pauses, and deposits

These rules apply to commissioned readings from Content Harborgrid. They do not mention product boxes, shipping, or subscriptions because we do not sell those.

Eligibility

A refund is available when we have not started the named work, when we cannot obtain agreed access within a reasonable pause, or when we cancel. A sitting that you miss without 48 hours’ notice is not refunded. A diagnostic already in week two is not fully refundable.

Timeframe

Ask in writing to hello@content-harborgrid.click within 14 days of the invoice date for unused work, or within 10 days of a sitting you believe was not delivered.

Full or partial

• Full. Deposit returned if we have not opened your traces and no sitting has occurred.
• Partial. If week one is done and week two has not started, we keep 35% for the first-pass reading and return the rest.
• None. After the memo hand-over; after a completed sitting; for quarterly sittings already held.

Non-refundable

Time already spent sampling tickets, a completed half-day sitting, and travel expenses billed at cost for a visit you requested outside Birmingham.

Process

Write with the invoice number and whether you are cancelling, rescheduling, or claiming the work was not delivered. We confirm in two working days. Refunds go back by the same bank transfer that paid us, within 14 days of agreement. We do not take cards on this site, so there is no card-scheme reversal to wait for.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a sitting once with 48 hours’ notice at no fee. A second move in the same quarter may be charged half the sitting fee. We may cancel for illness or missing access; in that case we reschedule or refund the unused portion.

Deposits

Diagnostics ask for 40% to hold the three-week window. The balance is due before the memo hand-over. Readiness reviews ask for 30%. Cohort sittings are paid in full before the date.

No-shows

If nobody from your side joins a booked sitting, the sitting is used. We can sell a replacement sitting at the usual fee.

Work already started and materials

Notes we wrote from your traces stay in the client file until the retention period in the privacy note ends; they are not a product we post back. If you withdraw access mid-diagnostic, we invoice for time already spent at a day rate implied by the starting figure, capped at the remaining balance.
