Cohort review sitting
Some teams already keep a clean cohort table and only need a second pair of eyes on a stubborn week. The sitting is three hours: we mark the cut, argue about whether a dip is a billing artefact or a real lapse, and leave with a one-page note. It is not a substitute for the diagnostic when cancel copy and tickets have never been read together.
