The work

We provide diagnostic readings, sittings, readiness reviews, and quarterly watches as described on this site. We do not sell software, payment processing, or implementation of tracking. Informational fees on /pricing/ are not a standing offer until a one-page scope is signed.

Intellectual property

The site copy and our memo templates remain ours. Your event exports, tickets, and product copy remain yours. The finished memo is licensed to you for internal use. You may not republish it as a product of your own consultancy without written consent.

Liability

We take care with readings. We do not promise that people will stay, that revenue will rise, or that a ranked pattern is the only cause of leaving. Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law of England and Wales does not allow a limit (for example death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect confidential traces you share.

Site use

Do not misuse the forms, scrape the site in a way that impairs others, or present our pages as your own. We may change these terms; the version on this URL at the date of your commission applies to that work.
